Samples Policy

Promotion Zone is more than happy to send sample/s of items requested for, for the
personal viewing of the product on the following T&C’s
|
a) For Banks/PSU’s/MNC’s-
• The cost of sending the samples includes
(i) Cost of product
(ii) Cost of packing, freight & forwarding
(iii) Deposit
The total amount payable will be communicated to you. The payment can be made on
our payment gateway. Alternatively, the amount can be deposited in our designated
bank account.
The cost of (ii) packing, freight & forwarding and (iii) the deposit amount will
be adjusted against your order.
• We can send you samples of a minimum value of Rs: 2000/- (which includes (i),
(ii) & (iii) above and a maximum no: of 10 samples (from our web catalogue).
• Samples will be despatched within a maximum of 5 working days
Note: Samples are not returnable
b) For individuals
• Rs: 5000/- as security deposit to indemnify ourselves against bogus online customers.
This security deposit will be adjusted against order value of Rs: 20,000/- ONLY
• The cost of sending the samples includes
(i)Cost of product
(ii)Cost of packing, freight & forwarding
• We can send you samples of a minimum value of Rs: 2000/- (which includes (i) &
(ii)) above and a maximum no: of 10 samples (from our web catalogue).
• Samples will be despatched within a maximum of 5 working days
